Clients may contact Hébert & Associates by phone (613-565-9090) to set up an appointment. Third party payers may contact our office by phone or fax (613-565-0404). A referral from a physician is not necessary, however most private insurers require a physician referral for reimbursement. |
Coverage & Fees
Fees are based on an hourly rate. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP but may be
refunded
in part or in whole by various insurance policies such as the PSHCP (Public Service Health Care Plan), the Blue Cross, WSIB (if condition is work related),
and military and VAC, Veterans Affairs Canada.
